ANXIETY DISORDER
Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It is a feeling of fear or apprehension of what is about to come. Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life and it affects everyone in different ways.
Many people worry about things such as health, money or family problems. It is normal to feel anxious before starting a new job or taking a test. This type of anxiety is unpleasant, but it motivates you to work harder and do a better job. Ordinary anxiety is a feeling that comes and goes and
doesn’t interfere with a person’s everyday life.
Anxiety disorders, however, differ from normal anxiety, in this the person experiences extreme fear and worry associated with a future concern. It may exhibit as muscle tension, sweating, and increased blood pressure. It can affect a person’s ability to function at work, school, and in social situations. People suffering from anxiety disorder tend to avoid situation or places that trigger or worsen their situation.

TREATMENT
Anxiety disorders can be effectively treated with therapy and medications. Talking to a counsellor or psychologist helps. The physician in concern will help to reach the core cause of the anxiety and try to work around that.
Many medications are available to reduce the symptoms of anxiety. These symptom-reduction treatments can help you feel better in the short term, but unless the underlying causes of anxiety are addressed, anxiety as a condition has the potential to return again and again. Addressing the
core causes of anxiety not only addresses the root of anxiety unwellness but also addresses the symptoms of anxiety. Addressing the core causes of anxiety disorder guards against the likelihood of the anxiety returning.
